In the dynamic world of engineering, fostering talent is paramount to driving innovation and progress. Arkwright Engineering Scholarships have long been at the forefront of identifying and nurturing promising young engineers, and the achievements of the 2023/24 cohort are certainly cause for celebration.

The academic year 2024 saw a record total of 1532 applications submitted for the prestigious Arkwright Engineering Scholarships programme across the country; A significant year-on-year increase of 15%, and the second highest ever number of applications received since the programme began over thirty years ago. Each application represents a budding engineer eager to make their mark on the world.

The selection process is rigorous and only half of those applying to sit the examination are invited for interview.  We are proud to announce that we have 4 successful scholars entering Year 12 who will accompany our existing 2 scholars who have just entered Year 13.  Congratulations to Muhammad, Daniel, Sterling and Yuvan.  If you are in Year 11 and are committed to a career in Engineering then you could be the next scholar.  Further details can be found at Arkwright Engineering Scholarships or speak to Mr Baker in T2.
