You have been selected to participate in a compulsory Bursary audit. As a school, we are required to carry out checks to ensure that 16-19 Bursary funding is being spent appropriately on educational costs. As outlined in your Bursary award letter, Bursary funding can be spent on:

• Transport
• Food
• Books
• Stationery
• Other school equipment

Please submit evidence of your full Bursary expenditure for one week. You can upload any of the following:

• Photos/scans of travel tickets
• Receipts for lunch/educational equipment purchases
• Photos/scans of bank statements with relevant educational expenses highlighted.
